They always proactively reach out to me if there's a change I need to address, and I don't mean an automated portal that sends you a reminder, but they have a real-live person contact you via your preferred method of communication so they can get all the details and handle everything FOR YOU. I've never had an insurance company make things this easy for me before. With other insurance companies, it was pretty impersonal, which I didn't think I minded until I switched to Chan Insurance Agency and realized what a great experience having personalized interactions really is.
