"Kaleb is by far the most kindest, genuine, down to earth counselor I’ve ever talked to, he makes me feel comfortable talking to him when I’m normally a nervous wreck! Need more like him"
"they don’t care about your mental health, prescriber forgets to even do his job. leaves you without prescriptions after he says he sends them in."
"Dr. Ernst Manigot is one of the most unprofessional medical professionals I have ever come across. He has forgotten to book multiple sessions he's supposedly scheduled me for, he's at LEAST 15-20 minutes late for every session (the closest he's ever been to on time is 8 minutes late) Keep in mind he's billing for the full time every time, he has made me jump through barriers for access to medications, dismissed my aliments, talked over me and yelled at me several times. He's only in the office Tuesday and Wednesday, so if my med provider reaches out for a refill on a Thursday, he won't even see it until almost a full 5 days. And then you have to hope he'll send it that day, but by then it's been more than 72 hours with no response so my doctors take that as an ignored call and he has to prescribe my meds all over again :D He's also gone out of the way to complain multiple times that I have no choice but to use 2 pharmacies and that I should just move them all to one so it's easier for HIM. I'm not sure why a medical professional has so little desire to be professional or help his patients. These are my experiences with Dr. Manigot, but I've heard many similar stories about their other Psych, a Jeffery. If you're reaching out to DCS for psych, my biggest advice is that you don't"
"Awful. I've been trying for 2 weeks to be seen... communication is very poor, unproductive emails with Kim the intake person as well as no response from therapist I was assigned. And the paperwork is a nightmare- both in how extensive it is (unusual for a therapist) and the paperwork itself is hard to read- looks like it's been photocopied a million times. I really needed to be seen and they have made it impossible. This is problematic, especially at a time where people need more support and the support is just barely there."
"Shoddy bookkeeping consistently requires me to provide bank statements to prove payment and I had to provide phone records to prove I had canceled an appointment a week earlier. Still saying I have a balance but no one there could tell me what for. Is it negligence or deliberate?"
