Community Rehab Care Inc. is a health institution located at 84 High Street, Medford, Massachusetts, United States. We are pleased to offer community-based outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, case management, and community support work services. Our goal is to help individuals with neurological, musculoskeletal, or orthopedic injuries maintain continuity of care, reduce risk of decline, and manage ongoing therapy and case management needs.

Our services include skilled therapy, community case coordination, and wellness and community programs. We offer Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), Adapted Yoga Class, Therapeutic Exercise and Movement, Community Aphasia Group, Coping Group, Community Recreation Around Boston, and Wellness Therapy.
