"I have both a therapist and med prescriber from LifeStance. Although, I’m fairly new to them, I have had positive experiences with both so far."
"The doctor is great but Lifestance doesn’t have good customer service. They never answer the phone, I have been trying to contact someone for days and nothing happened! I tried the texting methods advertised by Lifestance and I never heard back! They are impossible to reach and to deal with!!!!!"
"Helped me reframe my narrative loop but pricy/inflexible no-show fees. The therapy itself was a 9/10 for me. Regarding price and inflexible fees, if you’re late to an appt, in my experience they call you ~10 minutes (sometimes longer) after your appt started. Even if you call back or log-in, if you don’t connect with your provider "
"My daughter and I called over 6x to get her anxiety medications filled, it's now going on the 3rd week. She was told she couldn't get her medication until an appt is set up. THat was done and it's not till 10/7. I called on Friday lm for Kathy the supervisor with no return call."
"This was the first place I went to for psychiatric care, and boy was it a mistake. Now my doctor he wasnt too bad but I’m not sure he understood my needs. The front desk staff was ALWAYS rude. I always had billing/insurance issues with them, to the point where they told me I couldn’t make an appointment because I had a balance, therefore I couldn’t make an appointment, and therefore could not get my medication (mind you I had insurance and bills were being paid as well). So unfortunately I had to stop my medication COLD TURKEY…. And the had the WORST PANIC IVE EVER HAD. I truly think I would’ve been better off if I had never been on meds at all rather than be on and then abruptly off them. The extent of my anxiety still haunts me today and it’s been almost 10 years. Well after I went through horrible withdrawals etc 1 year later they owed me money because I OVERPAID!!!!! THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED PROPERLY WITH INSURANCE!!! So I suffered essentially for nothing. After 3 weeks of severe panic, weight loss, and general non existent ability to function I had nowhere to turn but the ER. Now I understand the concept of having to pay bills before treatment, but ripping someone off antidepressants is a huge NO NO and also very dangerous! If I could sue I would!!!! Maybe they’re better now, but they certainly weren’t when I was client."
