"We had such a terrible experience with this office trying to get nursing services for our son. My son is trach and vented and not one nurse sent to our home had any type of skills assessment. When I questioned it they stated all of that was up to the parent. I am a parent not a nurse. I am fine with training a nurse on my son's needs and ventilator but the skill set should be evaluated by the office not the parent. The nurses were not trained on the tablet or document (the nurses did not even know that they should complete a vent check or how to do so). The communication is awful. The director lies and forgets what she told you the day before. She will say what you want to hear, truth or not. Our nurse was given permission to access my son's medical record from her home computer to do her document since their tablet did not work. It was my understanding documentation would be done from my home not the nurses. There is absolutely no commitment to the patient. I would not recommend this agency.Should you choose for your loved one to be cared for by this agency stay on gaurd and know you are on your own. Should you choose to be employed by this agency, watch your self and be prepared for Hailey to throw you under the bus. She takes no responsibility but she sure does pass the buck."
