"Awful experience. Came about 4 times, once each week, for fertility. In what became my last appointment, the acupuncturist left me on the table for more than TWO HOURS. They forgot about me and left me in a vulnerable position - I had to yell repeatedly to get someone's attention. It was a nightmare. There was no apology, just an excuse given. And after all that, it took going to a different acupuncturist for another 2 months before I got pregnant, so I'm pretty sure treatment here was ineffective. They also don't have their billing together at all. They charged me hundreds of dollars extra when insurance covered my visits. It took 3 phone calls to them (which they never followed up on) over 6 months, a call to my insurance, and a visit to resolve this. Even then they tried to guilt me, saying insurance didn't reimburse them for all costs (which looked untrue from the claims I was seeing). Head down the road into Newton instead to another, much better acupuncturist who is also from / trained in China!"
