"Dr. Rachel is lovely - however, after moving out of state and obviously could no longer be a patient at the facility. I had to pay $45 to get my sons records transferred to another physician. Since he was premature and had some issues - I obviously had to pay the fee in order to get him proper care. Seems ridiculous to charge a person that much money just to email an infants records to a different facility in an entirely new state. The practice could use some help in deciding what is right/wrong in regards to medical records."
