"Terrible customer service. I just called the Newton-Wellesley Hospital's Walpole, MA Family/Primary care office for a new patient appointment and was very disappointed to see that none of the doctors are taking new patients. On their website though, the profile page of each doctor displays - "Accepting new patients". When I mentioned about the website to the lady I was speaking to, name Christine, started talking rude and was very upset. I would never call this office ever again."

"Terrible customer service. My doctor changed her schedule to only be in Walpole 1 day a week so it was extremely difficult to get an appointment with her. I asked to switch doctors and was told they don't allow that and if I wanted to switch doctors, my only option was to leave the practice. The woman who does the scheduling is extremely rude and unhelpful."

"My Daughter's and My self have been seeing Dr. Karim for a couple of years now. Dr. Karim is very nice and compassionate. I found all the staffbto be very nice and careing. They are very quick to respond to emails. Very happy with the Doctor and staff."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Karim for many years. She is a kind, caring, compassionate doctor who always listens. If you have a question she always gets back to you. She is very thorough and addresses all your concerns. Dr. Karim is a wonderful doctor and a lovely person who genuinely cares. There seems to be a new front desk staff. It is a drastic contrast from the old friendly faces that made you feel welcome and important. I hope that situation improves but my review is for Dr. Hana Karim."
