I brought a ring in and the employee I interacted with had no clue what she was doing, and on top of that claimed that a 200 year old diamond was not real. I have had experiences with other jewelry stores where employees who lacked the knowledge to help a customer would express that and help them find an employee capable of the task. I would not recommend this store."
