Star Nails

"I just had the worst mani/pedi. The technician was extremely unfriendly & acted very bored. She rushed the job leaving cuticles messy, nail polish bumpy, and red stains all around my toenails. I really should have left 1/2 way through … it was a total waste of money. Think twice before you go there … sure wished I did! No star should be an option …"

"Went in with my bf to get his acrylics replaced. The lady only replaced two and filled in the rest. We asked for a black to white fade ombre. She brought over a black glitter and plain white gel and we kept telling her we didn't want the glitter. She didn't seem to listen, and just told us she didn't have a plain black. In the end there was no ombre what so ever. Just lumpy black sparkle and ugly white tipped nails. And I'm pretty sure she charged us $75 for that?! He didn't even get a brand new set. Horrible service and nails. We tried to communicate with the lady several times but she wasn't concerned with our worries or comments what so ever. I would post a pic but he was so dissipointed he painted them over as soon as he got home. She never even asked if we liked them or made sure we were happy with them throughout the process. Never going here again. They're prices and service are awful. Didn't feel appreciated at all. You should always walk out feeling good about your nails."

"Excellent service with staff that truly makes you feel at home!! I visited for the first time today and had Phea who is an absolute GODDESS when it comes to acrylics! I haven't had acrylics in years since I've had several bad experiences, but wanted to try stiletto nails. Let me just say that these are the most natural looking acrylics I've ever had or seen! They aren't bulky, and the shape is EXACTLY what I wanted! You can't rush perfection, so if you're in a hurry, go elsewhere. If you want a set of killer nails, ask for Phea!!"
