"This place is a factory. Been to multiple locations and the waiting rooms are always FILLED. See doctor-in and out. They do not care about your long term eye care, rather band-aid it temporarily so you can continue to come back. Won’t follow up, won’t return your calls if something goes wrong Post procedure, honestly frightening. Only bright side is you can get an appointment quick because they want all the patients they can get. Horrible attitudes from a few of the women who work there, speaking horribly about coworkers in front of patients."

"Worst service I have ever received in my 25 years of going to eye doctors. Person on the phone told me to come in without my Vision insurance card and that I could provide it at a later date. When I got to the office a man behind the desk was extremely rude, had an attitude, and kept rolling his eyes while on the phone trying to sort things out. Then proceeded to say that the guy on the phone with me earlier was “new and didn’t know better”. Will definitely not be returning to this practice. I understand the frustration but it’s not hard to be neutral when talking to a new patient."

"I had an appt today and the desk staff was pleasant as usual. But the tech doing my visual field exam was obviously stressed and frustrated and it showed. It was 9:15 AM.! I would understand on a Friday at the end of the day that staff might just want to get home, but this was the early in the day. Then I was called into the next room for my visual acuity test and pressure test. This tech never introduced herself. And was most unfriendly and abrupt. When I went to put my chin on the frame, my mask was covering well below my chin making it a sloppy chin plant, on my part. The tech said “ pay attention “. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. And I know her name now because I asked. Sue needs some teaching on how to treat patients!!!"

"From my perspective, this is a very organized, professional group that delivers a very important, high-quality service. Front office and staff working with the public have been professional at every visit I have been to for multiple years; scheduling and patient recognition is prompt and waiting area is organized and user-friendly. Screening for my exam was done by a talented, experienced health professional who was both efficient but also respectful of my being a patient. My physician was interested, organized, thorough and discussed next steps and options; really efficient and well-informed professional. Group was also respectful of different insurance companies, could explain what costs would be covered, and I have never gotten a bill for extra charges beond insurance that I didn't understand. Great facility, prompt professional service with a touch of class, and a team that takes good care of your vision. Congratulations."
