Walgreens 465 Main Street, Westbrook, ME 04092

"Missed an international flight because the pharmacist took over 4 hours to fill a prescription. For insurance reasons, I could only get this prescription filled on the day of my flight. I called at 10am and they said it would be ready at 1:20. I show up at 1:45 and the pharmacist was on break and they couldn’t get my prescription for another 20 minutes. It took another 45 minutes to actually receive it. Pharmacist and staff were extremely rude about it. Don’t use this pharmacy."

"I went to get a script filled at 830am and I was told that I would have to wait until 3oclock in the afternoon?? Are you seriously going to make someone feel really bad all day because you have a vendetta against the type of medication they take.....? I have a 3year old son with an ear infection. I am sick with the flu and this is the type of service you will deal with if you decide to switch pharmacies...."

"This Walgreens is your typical pharmacy. I only had 2 times when this Westbrook location didn't have the meds I needed, until they put in the order and the meds come. If you're consistently taking medication, everyday, then you know you can't just go without. I desperately needed one of those meds, so I just asked my doctor to send my prescription to my usual Walgreens, on Forest Ave in Portland. Other than that, I haven't had any bad experiences there."

"I tried using this pharmacy only yesterday for the first time. I just moved to Westbrook so i figured i would use this store.The pharmacist is a pre Madonna with a God Complex. This pharmacist would not even fill a script my doctor signed off on to fill that day and he miscounted and was rolling his eyes when my girlfriend went to pickup my medications. Since this pharmacist would not fill it at his establishment and not even listen to my doctor, I went right back to my old Portland Walgreens and it was filled immediately. I almost lost out on an interview because I was missing essential medication. Dont go here, if u have a controlled substance please go elsewhere. This pharmacist doesn't want business at this Walgreens. I've never ever seen or heard of a pharmacist directly dis obeying a doctor. He should know his place, count the pills and fill them."
