"Fun for the kids, waited 25 minutes for a single slice of pizza and side had to ask multiple times. Too many young teens working not enough competent adults to keep things organized and sunning smooth. Half the teens were just standing there and not doing a thing!"

"Great place for kids to burn some energy and get them off the video games. The few times we have gone, it is completely packed, of course it was during school vacation times. My son loves it. Parents can sit at a table and have food beer soda.... the food is what you think a bounce house would serve, nothing to great, nothing to gross. Leave purses and wallets in the car, no lockers, just cubies. My son loved it. They even have massage chairs for a fee. If you get tired of chasing your kids around."

"We went here 12/20 to try and beat some of the traffic from Christmas break. Not sure if it was a holiday deal or what but I only paid $18 for both my son and I (he’s under 5) and we got ultimate passes (highest ones) and could stay all day. Saw the staff cleaning multiple times and everything was in good condition. I was expecting to spend $50-60 here and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for taking care of repeat customers over the holidays!! Will be back soon"

"Small area, to expensive cause I paid all my children full price for $28 buy end it up not qualify for some of the area. No refund also. Area kind a smells from people feels n body odor. And for the sky ride ropes alots of them smells so bad cause they seems never spray or sanitized. I had really bad experienced from wear smells rope for safety. Please clean the area more often, sanitizer indeed after use from people's body please. After all it was alright."

"Did our sons 10th birthday party here. The kids had a blast. A decent amount of stuff to do. Time went by so fast. My wallet hurts alot, and it was chaotic during check in and getting socks/wrist bands for all the kids. Especially since kids showed up at different times. Staff was friendly, but sometimes hard to find. And a few were just hanging out at the bathrooms flirting. Some areas had no staff helping kids stay safe and use the equipment properly. We had to keep finding staff for things they didn't bring to the room we had paid for. And to do the pages for the kids to come back for pizza, then cake later. One of the trampoline areas was closed off, and there was a huge leak in the roof that was making quiet a wet area and blocking off a part of the park also. There was ALOT of people there, so it was very busy. The kids definitely had fun, but it was a bit crazy. Not sure if we would go back."
