"2/3/23 Update: Almost a year since he died. Still no condolences from Dr. Yamin. Father's Day. Three months after my father passed away and not one word of acknowledgement or condolence to my mother from Dr. Hannah Yamin. This after assurances that his treatments would buy him time. This after there was ZERO rush to get him scans/blood tests/biopsies. Meanwhile, the cancer was growing and growing leaving him in so much pain. I tried to tell her my father was in pain. I watched as he was starving to death because his tumor was closing off his esophagus. She wouldn't see me in the office to advocate for my father and would only speak to me on the phone because she was afraid of Covid. She told us not to take him to the ER and we trusted her advice because she is, after all, an almighty doctor. Dr. Yamin - find a new profession because you have lost your humanity to this one. You are the reason people no longer trust healthcare professionals. If you stay in this field, figure out a way to do better. At the very least, pick up the phone and offer your condolences to your patients' loved ones when they pass away. Or send a note. It's called compassion - just a reminder."

"They habitually make people wait about a half hour after the scheduled appointment time. 11 asks about it it’s always the same standard answer “we’re busy”…in a tone that is impolite. How about hiring some more staff? What bothers me most is I see these frail old people in that office and when they ask the same question the answers are the same.…I don’t understand how they can talk to/treat the elderly like that. Horrible staff, avoid this place."

"My experiences with Dr Cuiffo have been very disappointing. I found him to be non-communicative almost withholding information. We would ask pointed questions and get no response or an unacceptable response. I tried very hard last year to switch to Dr. Aviles but was told by the Practice Administrator that “this is not allowed” in this practice. I now have no other choice but to switch to the Hyannis Hematology Oncology practice which I have done. Shame on Falmouth for treating patients in this manner!"
