"All the requests were done on time, however, when calling their main number the lady that answers the phone is not nice at all. If she does not want to deal with people she should not be working there. I was extremely nice even when she was being rude and she ended up hanging up while I was talking. If I have a client using this company again I will surely recommend them not to, I do not want to deal with rudeness when we are supposed to want the same thing.. provide good service for all clients."
