"My recent visit was for injections. The staff did not talk with me during the procedure but did talk to each other about upcoming music event tickets they wanted to purchase. Also commented, “she’s Medicare” Local anesthetic barely done and steroid too quickly injected. Quite painful, wait a minute for novocaine to work. I winced, and was told “just breathe through it” Your attention to the patient should be your first priority."

"This is a review of the PT team only. Scott and Casey are great! Their approach is different than the 2 other places I’ve used for PT for the same injury in the last 16 years. They don’t just focus on the site of the pain, they look at how your chronic pain impacts the rest of your body and what you can do to change that. It’s a more holistic approach and they truly listen to your concerns. Rosie at the front desk is wonderful too!"

"The office staff was very good but Drs lack bedside manners they push you along don't listen I was very upset don't go if you really need someone to listen or even check your records before you come not professional at all"

"Great experience! Friendly and polite staff. It’s only been 24 hrs. I’ll report back in a few weeks on the results. So far I’d recommend it to anyone in back-pain based on the fact it was a pain free procedure. If your mildly tolerant of discomfort you definitely don’t need it but they do offer a mild sedation..I believe they have naproxen's kicking around as well for the ride home. But I’m not 100% certain on that one."
