"Never have I felt so judged and unsupported by a doctor. Dr. Gordon made me feel humiliated by my skin, never put in effort to connect with me as a patient, and blamed me for the mistakes made by nurse practitioners. I strongly recommend you find another dermatologist."
"Went in to see about a cyst and Dr. Gordon was great, very friendly, patient, listened to me and spent time with me. Recommended surgery (which was exactly the right thing) had that done right away and they removed the cancer. Went back in for follow up 3 months later and Dr. Gordon picked up our last conversation and continued it. Would highly recommend them. Thank you Dr. Gordon! You and your team are great."
"Highly disappointed with the lack of communication, medical negligence and disregard for patients altogether. I am currently on an Isotretinoin treatment and they cancelled my monthly mandatory checkup and rescheduled it 2 months from the last time I was seen. IPledge terminated my prescription and now I must wait another month on top of the 2 months I have already been waiting to receive my prescription. Highly unprofessional. Deeply unpleasant experience. Go elsewhere. This establishment is a joke."
"First appt Megan said to me she didn’t know what the rash on my skin was without even run tests or anything. Automatically wanted to put me on dupixent. Received the medication in the mail and I’m still trying to get through on the phone for someone to perform the first injection. Never have I once gotten through to someone on the phone the first or second time I’ve called. Looks like I’ll be doing the injection myself."
"Went there for an appointment for my son. They said an X ray was needed. They sent the orders over to the hospital. The hospital notified them that the information was incorrect. They never corrected the issue. I had to call multiple times every two days to see if they could correct it. It took one week to correct a very simple typo on the order. I left multiple voicemails and never get a call back, I have to keep calling until I talk to someone in person. After the xray was completed, the hospital sent it over to them and I waited three days to wait for them to process it but they said they never received it. So I called the hospital and they confirmed that it was sent. After two days of leaving voicemails I finally got hold of someone and they said try another fax number because the other one is broken. So I just did that and now I am assuming it is going to be another three days of leaving voicemails trying to get a hold of someone to confirm they got the x ray. On a side note the Dr we saw was good. Just there administrative process seems to be lacking in some areas."
