"Have had constant issues with their Vuse Alto vape units. Was told if they broke again, to save my receipt and they would exchange. So I went to exchange a unit that stopped working and was told that she had been instructed not exchange it if it’s been opened… Which makes no sense whatsoever. How would you know if the thing works if you didn’t open it? So pretty much the short haired woman lied to me and said to come back early tomorrow morning to talk to a manager. I suggest not buying from them unless you don’t care that you cannot exchange an item if it doesn’t work. I’d suggest the smoke shop across the street beside Hannaford, they at least stand by their products."

"I hardly ever write reviews of establishments, nevermind negative ones, but my partner and I were treated so rudely by the woman at the checkout counter that I suddenly feel compelled. She demanded to see our IDs the moment we opened the door (we're both in our thirties) and when we asked a question, she continued to berate us for ID's faster than we could remove them from our pockets. Every sign on the door said that ID's were required at CHECK OUT, and that seemed to be true for every other of the five customers who walked in during this period, except for us. When we asked about whether they had a product and the answer was "no," we stood by the door to google other shops since it's frostbite weather and were stared down intently, uncomfortably, and creepily. Terrible experience; will not be returning, obviously. We went to Primo Glass after and they were really kind, only asked for ID at purchase and treated us like human beings; wild concept."

"I thought they would have more of a selection of Dutch cigarillos, but they didn't. They only had a couple of flavors, and not the flavor that I liked. I'll just stick to gas stations this time."
