"Been going here for more than 5 years and the staff has been great. A new woman started a few months ago and she was working this morning. We went in and got our items. This lady says to us. You're 2 minutes early with an attitude. I said the open sign was on and the door was unlocked. Major attitude and would not give us the information to get a hold of the owner. We put our items on the counter and walked out. Not impressed at all."

"This place is AWESOME!!! I will only shop here now. They have wonderful employees and great prices. I used to shop at Maine Smoke across the street they had terrible service. It always seemed like I was a bother to the staff and they were really rude. But the prices were better than convenience stores so I kept going back. A friend eventually told me Cigaret Shopper was across the street and from the second I walked in I felt welcomed. I was greeted by a smiling Brandi (the manager) who was very friendly and patient as I asked to look at several glass pipes before finally settled on one to buy along with my cigarettes. This energy has been consistent every time I've walked in. Brandi always greets me with a smile and grabs my cigarettes without me even asking. It is obvious that she cares about her customers and is passionate about providing great service and making people feel welcome and appreciated. Every time I walk into this store I feel welcome and like I'm a part of a family. Brandi and her girls are good people who I look forward to seeing every day. I've seen them with other customers while I shop around or wait in line, and it doesn't matter who you are, what you look like or what you need, they are always happy to help and answer questions. This store is what great customer service looks like. Give this manager a raise. Whatever she's making is not enough for the energy she brings to this store."
