"I am a patient at this BI hospital from 2004 until now. I also went to many branches of this hospital. But I have to leave this place and don't want to be a patient here anymore. Front desk service staffs are very disrespectful and have a disdain for patients. Every year I go for a check-up, the thing that disappoints me about this place is that they keep me waiting for a long time; although I did remind them that I don't have enough time, and asked them not to keep me waiting so long. They promised me, but when I arrived, everything was still the same. Their attitude is very disingenuous. Especially the front staff, I think they need to be re-trained. First of all they have to learn how to speak politely and courteously with patients. I really don't want to think that they discriminate against people of color like me or any different community."

"1st appointment as a new patient. The entire process from applying as a new patient all to today's visit was so simple. Scripts were filled ahead of first visit which was crucial for me. I was given Dr. Zawasky who was very attentive and is taking a pro-active approach to my healthcare which is a refreshing change from my previous Primary. Dr. Zawasky even called me personally the next day to give me the results of my blood work and suggest a vitamin D supplement to treat one of my conditions. Like I said, only my first visit. But if they are all like this one I'll feel like I'm in good hands."

"Office staff is friendly and accommodating as can be. Dr Buen-Camino is a fabulous MD along with the Nurse Practitioner are excellent thourough physicians that still have compassion. I have not had to see anyone else yet to assess them but I would assume the same excellence. The facility is clean and easy to access. I highly recommend this center"
