"Drs have to many patients You can never get a sick appointment. Portal is no good they don't answer emails. Urgent care is extremely long wait 5+hrs at times. The staff is rude not all but a lot because they are overwhelmed . Drug users over take the rest rooms needles over flow the safety box in bathroom. There are some great Drs but they about 10 min to a pateint. This place needs 0️⃣⭐️...."

"I hate that people give this place a negative review that says nothing or blame the hospital for the lack of individuals' parenting. It's a community Health Center. It's not perfect, but it's honestly not the worst that I have been in. The staff is over worked but still courteous, the pandemic hit everyone, especially hospitals and clinics hard. The doctors that care, show in their job that they care. I honestly think during and after 2019 a lot of hospitals and clinics have patients who forgot that being in the medical field is not easy or fun. Yes, their are sometimes kids screaming and crying, show me a Community hospital or clinic that doesn't have that. That's annoying, yes but it's not the staff's job to take care of those kids behavior or lack their of. It's stupid to think that a nurse/doctors who has been over worked, and a hospital or clinic that is understaffed because American's don't know how to wash their hands are responsible for kids that aren't theirs or that the parent is right next to that child not telling them to behave. With the exception of a few other "doctors" from the same hospital, different branch, the staff is informed enough, and know what they are doing. The wait times have been a mixed bag for me, at times I have waited 10-20 minutes to be seen, other days when they are super busy 30-60 minutes. I also like showing up early, so most longer wait times are on me, not the community health center. I recommend having ear plugs, ear buds, or headsets for any hospital visit just incase, not just this one. The facility is clean, organized and they seem to know what they are doing. I honestly think that most 1 start reviews are not indicative to my, or most people's experience here."

"honestly if i can give 0 i would this place those not deserve to be open . the staff are unprofessional with lil to no experience they have favorited and most doctor won’t listen to you and they also not consistent with the doctors they keep changing it all the time .i use to go there just because i was waiting to get another doctor from another clinic ,but i swear i couldn’t waiter that long the service was so poor to the point that i feel unsafe it got that bad and the staff are so unprofessional . pls i don’t recommend"
