24 Hour Walk-In Urgent Care Center - Brockton - 650 Centre Street

"Huge waste of time. All they tell you is to “go to the ER” meanwhile they make you wait hours before seeing a doctor. They should tell you at registration or triage if they think they can’t do anything for you! They have no labs, imaging or much of anything here. They can test urine and that’s about it. The positive thing I will say is that the nurses, assistants and registration personnel were all very nice. Doctor was 100 years old and didn’t even lay a hand on me to examine me. He told every patient there that night “I can’t make any diagnoses”, meanwhile he’s a doctor! Time to retire buddy! Do not come here, they will just send you to an ER. Save your time and go to another urgent care or head to the ER."

"Excellent experience! Caring professionals took me in right away, sent Rx to pharmacy, explained everything and friendly. They are the staff from the closed Brockton Hospital Emergency Room. Best urgent care around."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Came in at 2am for severe rib pain and was the only patient here. Got my vitals taken and waited a full hour (still the only person here) just to be told I need a chest xray, which I asked for coming in. Got the xray done for them to tell me they couldnt read it and I have to go to the ER. Biggest waste of my time and money, DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME"

"Came in for medical clearance to return to work after a brief illness. The young ladies at the front counter were very pleasant and professional. Waited only 5 minutes after initial check in before I was brought to my room. Vitals taken, a few questions asked. Doctor was in shortly thereafter, Dr. Serrano (Cerrano?) was very kind and caring. Was in and out in less than an hour. Also note the only bad reviews on this page are from people who can't formulate proper English sentences. Disregard them, the place is great."
