"I have gone to Vickey at Fierce Aesthetics for years now and would 10/10 recommend. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding Botox injections (as well as other treatments she offers), and does an amazing job educating clients through the “do’s” and “don’ts” of how to get the product to last longer. She truly does walk you through every step of what she is doing and explains her method/reasoning along the way. "Let me begin by saying I wish I could give this more than 5 stars ⭐️ I have never been more confident in my own skin until I started coming to see Vicky at Fierce Esthetics. She is so professional, honest, kind hearted, and caring! The First consultation I had with Vicky was so informative and she educated me when it came to getting Botox for lip flips and or brow lifts (which I’ve done both). she is so patient and makes you feel very comfortable! She answers any and all questions you may have when it comes to getting any treatment done. I always leave feeling more and more beautiful and confident after every treatment I have done. The most recent treatment I had done was laser hair removal. She let me know before I came in to not use any lotions or perfumes the day of, and to also shave the area of treatment (my face/neck) . When I came in she gave me a copy of the consent forms I signed, as well as a pre and post laser hair removal care instructions sheet. She went through the risks and care instructions with me as well as made sure I knew everything I needed to know about laser hair removal. She answered any and all questions I had before beginning the treatment. She made sure the settings were set perfectly so that she could effectively zap the follicles of each and every hair without burning my skin, because when you have darker skin it is easier to get burned, but she knew exactly what to do to avoid that! She did a test zap on the side of my face, I could feel it but it wasn’t painful nor uncomfortable at all she told me I would feel it a bit more in certain areas where the hair is more corse and thick but even then it didn’t hurt one bit. After my treatment was done she put Aloe Vera gel to my treated areas and told me to contact her if I have any other questions, She has been more than helpful with any and all questions I have had. It’s been about a week and the hairs are already shedding! I’m in love with my results so far, lastly I want to say as a trans woman of color I always have a hard time wherever I go because people can be very cruel and judgmental, but Vicky is so accepting and loving and never made me feel uncomfortable nor different. I am grateful to have met Vicky and I can’t wait to continue this journey with her at Fierce Esthetics!"
