"I have been using this practice for 10 years. I have always had good experiences. My Primary Care Dr. Phull is great and well educated. Extremely Professional."
"The rudest and most unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever spoken to. Told me to “stop crying” when I called and very calmly explained my urgent medical question that I needed to ask my doctor."
"The professional care was fine and in person they were empathetic. However, they sent routine lab tests to their hospital lab, charging my insurance $3,000 dollars and leaving me with over half of that to pay for a simple swab. Over months, I tried to call my primary care provider and the billing office to ask them to fix their administrative mistake, as the cost of the tests would have been a maximum of $150 dollars if they had been issued to the correct lab (which they had used for me in the past and we had spoken about). I was met with radio silence, unhelpful messages, and then the bill was sent to collections without warning. Administrative errors and improper coding for insurance bills should now cost me over a thousand dollars for a test I could have ordered online. I spent months trying to contact any one who could help me and was given no help. I'm not one to run to leave a negative review, but this was ridiculous and harmful."
"The receptionists I’ve spoken with are lacking terribly in professionalism and it seems the rest of the office is hitting the same notes. Her obvious frustration was unwarranted. I’ve been an administrative assistant, cashier positions, sales rep positions, customer service rep and worked at fast paced call center for BWH in a highly trafficked department. I know what they encounter and always try not to allow a few ppl to affect my decision on a place, but she and the others were just off for me… I needed updated vaccinations for college and I couldn’t wait for my first appointment which was several months beyond the beginning of the semester. All she needed to do was message the doc for orders on a lab test that proves I don’t need the vaccination. It’s actually a pretty common test they use to see what vaccinations you need. It’s not super sophisticated in that I need to be seen prior. That actually wasn’t the problem either. The assistant was just a mess to talk to and the attitude sucked. I got the orders, but she had given me so much passive aggressive dialogue and it wasn’t even in resistance to what I was asking. It was that she naturally talked that way. The others were just dismissive. I ended up at another clinic I’ve attended in the past where a nurse put in the orders. I got my test the same day and my situation squared. Even when I rescheduled an appointment with them in the past, every time some one picks up the phone, I forget I’m calling a medical facility. It’s just not how it should be."
"It's no surprise that this clinic has a 2 star review. I came for a visit, and the nurses demanded my daughter sit in a section of the waiting room. Her wheelchair became wedged in the narrow doorway, and the nurse barked at her to get out of the way when she had no where to move. The receptionists were heartless, and you could tell the nurses like to gossip and make fun of patients. Don't come here. No care at all is better than going through an experience like that. It's strange behavior that is so hateful towards people with disabilities."
