"I had Dr.Simpson for four years here at Mass Mental.She isn't a good doctor nor is she appropriate to be around children. I made a formal complaint against her to the Massachusetts Medical Review Board and they took me seriously! She's now Formally the medical director at Mass Mental because i complained to them about her.. If you are having troubles of Any kind with your doctor, the Massachusetts Medical Review Board hopefully will fire your treater or at least look into it for you. Five stars so my review stays up. I know how to do this by now. Also in general Mass Mental is pretty much full of incompetent jerks who just want your money. So how many stars? Zero stars! And I was a patient here from 2014-2018."
"So, I'm poor and mentally ill and I went there and they gave me some numbers and told me to go away. Like most agencies they just want to shunt everything onto the internet and let those who are disadvantaged or who don't want to use all the tech rot. Also, they told me I "had an attitude" about it."

"My son is a resident and he complained regarding getting meals because they have a first come first serve policy therefore if you're last in line at 5pm and they give out all the meals, you don't eat."
"Very understanding staff. Caring workers. Cleanbathrooms. Polite secretaries. They really listen to you and did their best to help in any wast they can. I have been failed by multiple mental (and regular) health care professionals but i have never been failed by mass mental. They saved me. They offer so many amazing services. You can tell that the workers are there to help not for the $$$. I owe them my life. They've helped me get so much better. They have gone above and beyond to assist me in so many ways. From my therapist coming to the hospital the day after my son was born to coming to my home to help me clean when I'm having a bad time they've just gone out of their way to do the best they can."
