"I went to this practice back in 2020 I had active insurance I made sure they were in network I never received a bill or any calls from this practice stating there was problem with my insurance fast forward to 2024 I get a collections notice that they placed a bill in collections that I was not informed of nor did they reach out to give me the opportunity to correct it. 4 years later they just put in on my credit and never billed the insurance. I will definitely be filing a complaint."

"Unfortunately the worst doctors experience I’ve had. Although the doctor and nurses were nice that I met in person the two times I had been there, I had a horrible experience with their office afterwards. My bill after insurance was in the thousands. The woman in billing told me too bad, that’s the price and I have to pay it if I want to see a doctor. I could only afford a hundred a month at the most and if I forgot to send a payment (because they didn’t send me regular reminders or payment plans) they’d threaten to send me to a debt collector. Phone calls didn’t get returned. Letters didn’t get answered. Months later they adjusted my bill “significantly” to just under a thousand dollars. After Covid happened and they sent me another threat of debt collection despite my payments, I wrote another letter telling them I was unemployed and hadn’t received help from their office to sign up for payment plans. I couldn’t call because everything was shut down. A year passed without hearing from them and now I find out they handed me over to a debt collector. After paying my remaining balance, I paid almost 1,000 out of pocket to a doctors office who did not help me or my medical concerns. My final call to their office, I left a voicemail to call back with the office manager and she never returned my call. Thanks for nothing but a hit to my credit score..."
