Also, the customer service is awful, I explained I didn't have my HSA card with me (who carries an HSA credit card around) and the person who's the face of the organization looks at me an says this is the office policy, and then points to a document on the counter, see it's right there. Sorry I was not aware. Then she just sits there with no solution to offer. Find another dermatologist who cares for their patience and not ONLY about the payment and save yourself the aggravation."
