"Terrible experience. When entering the office I experienced a strong, overpowering smell which irritated my nose. I was told it was cleaning solution. The PA I saw gave me one of the worse medical encounters I have ever had. He strongly refused to let me tell him my medical history and kept insisting on asking his questions mostly irrelevant to why I was there.. Then I got only a very superficial ENT exam not clearly related to the reason I sought a consultation. I had been told at the ED I probably had an inner ear infection but it was ignored so I left with no information on how to diagnose it or treat it. I don't understand why the Winchester ED recommends this practice."

"My appointment was canceled for no clear reason and they didn’t bother to acknowledge the mistake or call me to reschedule. I’ve been to this practice once before and I know the Doctor to be excellent. Just wish the practice had a better business management."

"Dr. Dolittle was an amazing doctor and operated on my 3 year old son placing ear tubes and removing his adenoids to treat his chronic ear infections. He was on time, professional, and even called personally to follow up the day after surgery. He fit us in for an appointment extremely quickly and helped us schedule the surgery less than 2 weeks when we had waited months and months dealing with Mass Eye and Ear. I cannot thank him enough."

"The agent at registration was so rude for some reason (they don't know me and I don't know them). The doctor did not give you clear information about your problem and also the doctor was interesting with something else while talking to you. I do not suggest this place for anyone."

I have seen him throughout the years for various ENT issues, and he has always been incredibly thorough, but just as important or more so, very caring. He takes the time to explain what is what, and as a patient, I can't tell you how much that matters. I wish there were more like him and I think in this day and age, it can be a rare thing, which is my reason for writing this. He is quite busy, but if you have an ENT issue and you can get in to see him, I highly recommend him :)."
