I have been for physical therapy many times and this is the first place that made it (almost) fun. I worked primarily with Nervana Faheem at the Winchester location. She helped me regain strength and flexibility after my hip replacement. She pushed me to improve while remaining sensitive to my comfort level and ability. I appreciated her ability to clearly explain how each exercise built strength and increased flexibility. Nervana is also a kind person with great energy. She often did some of the exercises with me to help me stay focussed. Everyone who works here seems to truly enjoy working with one another and with their clients. It is a very positive place."
