"I will never go there again. I felt it was a burden to be there. The staff was not helpful. I didn't know why was wrong with me so I went there. I had severe sweating and was very uncomfortable. I was wmssesting profusely where my clothes were drenched..My BP was on the high of around 180/130 everytime they took it. I asked for blood work. They told me they DO NOT send people out for blood work. My PCP told me earlier that day to go there as they couldn't fit me in that day and also told me they WOULD do blood work and the lab would close at 9pm. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would still need to follow up with my primary care. I also told them my family history and after explaining that, I figured that may help them and want to test me for different things. When I informed my PCP the following day, the had me come in immediately and was extremely disappointed and bothered because they shouldn't have done NOTHING. They were also concerned and seemed mad that they told me they did not do blood work or issue the paperwork for me to go do the bloodwork.Needless to say, I had to pay a large bill for and wasted 2 hours of my life. 2 or 3 days after I left, I received a call from the office and I explained the horrible service. The rep on the phone said they do issue orders for blood work and apologized for the lack of care I received."
