"What used to be an efficient, caring and communicative office has gone down hill. It's no longer about the patient. It's a wonder why so many great docs are moving elsewhere. I believe the problem starts at the top..while outsourcing to call centers adds more confusion and communication issues. Southcoast has become very greedy and has failed to do good by their employees. You get what you give southcoast!! Very sad to see so many great employees overwhelmed and inundated with work."
