"I love my pcp when I'm able to make an appointment. I am constantly being transferred to a voice-mail that doesn't allow messages. I just got out of the hospital and can't even get the appointment to see my own doctor. I need referrals to see specialist and can't get through to anyone."

"Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. Older woman picks up and when I request to speak with a nurse or my mothers doctor. She yells at me and states that she already told my mother that there is no walk-ins until Tuesday. When I explain that my mothers condition is getting worse and I need to speak to a professional so that I know what steps I need to take next or if we need to go to the ER. She says nothing and all of a sudden I am transferred and the phone rings and then I get a message saying that you cannot leave a voicemail. I have no idea who she transferred me to. Even with all that I’m in shock that this is how a clinic is run….."

"Tough to get through to PCP. Calls are forwarded to extensions that do not accept messages. My Dads PCP has all these wonderful ideas for treatment/care but never follows through Our elders are treated terribly. Advocate for your loved ones."

"My review is not for my doctor, but for his nurse Nicole and for the very rude receptionists they have. I have COPD and severe asthma. I have a prescription for my nebulizer that I need in order to breathe and to not go into an asthma attack and pulmonary shock. I called in a prescription on Friday and they have yet to fill it since and it is now Monday night. I call at 8:30 for them to send it to my pharmacy and they spew false promises of filling it only for me to call multiple times a day until they close asking if they have filled it, only to be met with annoyance and negligence at my begging for my life saving nebulizer vials. I love my doctor, Dr. Jakob Thomas, but I wish he would transfer to an office where he will actually have the resources to take care of his patients. STARR? They do not care about you. And they never will."
