"Can't even get a PCP. I'm 24 years old and will be needing my own health insurance in 2 years. I don't have 6 months to a year to not have a PCP lined up. They referred me to someone who ended up canceling on me because he left the practice. Are you kidding me? If you know the PCP is leaving, maybe don't refer them to me."
"Worst place. Avoid at all cost. Takes forever to get an appointment with your doctor as they are always over booked and you have to wait half hour at front desk and another half to one hour in the room. You can only see Nurse as doctors are never available unless you want to wait 6 months to 1 year. Refill is another nightmare. Patient financial service is the worst on the planet as they only exist as per the hospital but no one ever answers the phone."
"Disgusting hospital who went down the drain over the years. Avoid this place. All doctors are always overbooked and you get to see NP only unless you want to wait 3-6 months. Here is the incident that got on my nerves. I went for a strep throat check. In the office, they didn't take my copay of $25. I moved to a different house and missed their bill twice. After third month post visit, they sent me to collections for $25. That amount was not available in Mychart to pay online. I called patient services and financial service department at least 10 times and left many voice messages. No one ever answered the phone and called me back."
"Unbelievable that the practice required a in-person visit during a pandemic for a medicine that is taken for decades regularly! Just to authorize a refill of medicines taken regularly over past decade. Her doctor over the past year only spends 5-10 minutes in all, often having the NP see her when my mother expected her PCP to see her. Doesn't feel human or being listened to and that is unfortunate. Not a good way to practice family medicine."
"Great place. Staff always makes u feel welcome so it makes going to the doctor a pleasre cause they are always so happy to see me and greet me with such a smile i feel they really care and look forward to my visit. Great proffesional conduct and care from everyone involved and concerned with my health. I feel lucky and safe i found such a great place that as one ages becomes more important in one's life more and more."
