"First time using LifeStance for a telehealth visit and they sent no instructions or even a link to meet with the doctor called them twice just before appointment and sent me the same email twice the office personnel and coordinator need better training for people who are not TECH SAVVY but after googling directions on life stance telehealth and made it through in time for my appointment the doctor was awesome to meet with and really listened to my issues Dr M/F"
