"Zach is an excellent PT. I came to him for chronic shin pain and am leaving with reduced pain and the ability to do more. He performs dry needling which has been the only treatment effective. Salem Sports and Rehab has a friendly faculty and everyone here is so welcoming. The place is beautiful and updated. I would recommend anyone to come here, if you aren’t with Zach the other PTs are just as nice and great."

"They discriminate against patients/clients with Medicaid and practice illegal billing. My daughter has a commercial insurance as a primary insurance and Medicaid as a secondary insurance. This information was provided to the company before services were rendered. The company then demanded that we pay the $30 copay from our primary insurance and refused to accept her Medicaid coverage, which is called Balanced Billing and is illegal. When this was brought to their attention they became combative and threatened to discharge my daughter if we refused to pay the $30 copay because they would not "Eat the thirty dollars". I have verified that her Medicaid does cover PT, so there is no indication at this time that Medicaid would not pay. They accepted my daughter as a patient/client knowing that she had Medicaid. To refuse service in the middle of treatment shows a lack of concern for their patients/clients. Very disappointed in their unprofessionalism."

"I corrected them many times that my name was Cindy, NOT Cynthia. But they continued to call me Cynthia. Very rude. Plus I moved and called twice to forward me my bill since I had misplaced the original while moving. I gave them my new address. They never mailed a bill to my new address. Administrative help is dreadful."

"My therapist Jen was excellent and very knowledgeable. She helped me recover from a bulging disc injury. I didn’t think I would be able to get “back to normal” but she got me there. The staff is very pleasant and the facility is easy to find with plenty of parking. Very flexible hours and they handled the insurance covering the visits I needed. Highly recommend Jen and Salem Sports and Rehab."
