"I can’t say enough of how I was greeted at the door by Justin and Heather. Great customer service. I have been battling ear aches for the last four days. Heather made sure Covid, flu and strep throat was quickly eliminated. It was not the problem. Then a quick evaluation determined the issue was an ear infection. Wish I walked in three days ago. That would have eliminated some sleepless nights. Great team at this place. I’ll be back."

"While the doctor was very nice and helpful, the people working the front desk (who were also the nurses and phlebotomists and drug screening people?!) were very overworked and running around, generally being very unprofessional. This was the most chaotic office I've ever been to and the way it is run makes me not trust them handling my medical care. This place cannot be functional if it is urgent care AND primary care AND drug screening. I've never before seen receptionists also doing blood draws. They were so frazzled and unprofessional I did not end up getting a blood draw (in fairness I had difficult veins but that's never been an issue before in any other place). I would not recommend this place unless you are in a bind!"

"I’m so grateful for Carbon Health and their staff. I’m never there too long, and yet I never feel rushed. Shalimar and Heather are a dynamic duo and I’ve had the pleasure of being cared for, by them, on two separate occasions. They are empathetic, knowledgeable and efficient. Shalimar is amazing when checking vitals and drawing blood, she’s done before I ever feel a pinch. Heather is great and answering all questions thoroughly and making sure I receive the right treatment. Great location overall"
