"My 93 year old dad has gotten fabulous care here . With their understanding of the challenges of aging , it’s made a huge difference in our family . It feels like we are on a team together to help my dad feel better to enjoy his life here in RI !"
"communicating with this practice is a nightmare. no one answers the phone after 9am. I expect better from a doctors office. only being able to reach a voicemail box is unwelcoming and makes me feel like they don't care about patients. my doctor is great. everything else sucks."
"Title: Extremely Disappointed with the Lack of Urgency and Incompetence Review: I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service my sister has received at this establishment. My sister has been in dire need of seeing a pulmonologist for the past two weeks, as her health condition is time-sensitive and could potentially be life-threatening. Despite having been a patient at this facility before and feeling comfortable with the pulmonologist, the process of getting her referral processed has been nothing short of a nightmare. She has made multiple calls to inquire about the status of her referral, only to find out that it hasn't even been processed after two whole weeks! This kind of negligence and lack of urgency is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a patient's health. It is disheartening to know that my sister's life is hanging in the balance while the staff at this establishment fails to prioritize her case. I understand that medical facilities can be busy, but it is imperative that urgent cases are given the attention they deserve. Waiting for a referral to be processed for such an extended period of time is not only frustrating but also dangerous. I urge the management of this establishment to take immediate action in rectifying this situation and ensuring that no other patient has to go through a similar ordeal. The well-being and timely medical attention of patients should be the top priority, and it is clear that this facility has failed in providing that. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the staff and management of this establishment to improve their systems and prioritize the needs of their patients. No one should have to endure such negligence when their health is at stake. I strongly advise potential patients to reconsider choosing this facility for their medical needs, as the level of incompetence and lack of urgency displayed here is simply unacceptable. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and the urgency of my sister's situation. Others may have had different experiences, but it is important to highlight the issues that need immediate attention and improvement."
"I wish I could leave less than a star. I’ve didn’t even get the chance to be seen by an endocrinologist. I had excision surgery and I wanted to see where my horomones were out to try and get an idea of the impact of the endometriosis. I’m 24 with no kids and Brown Endocrinology has made it impossible to be seen. No one answers the phones. It’s horrendous, and I’m going elsewhere to hopefully get answers."
"My dad was able to get an appointment for Geriatrics within 2 weeks which is a good thing because he needed a primary care provider. The Dr. was knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was friendly. However, problem solving and resolutions for patients doesn't seem to be a priority. They called my Dad's prescription into the pharmacy and received an error and was unaware until my Dad called to inquire why his prescription wasn't at the pharmacy. Then the said they would call him back 2 days in a row to no avail. On day 3 I called and will continue to call until he gets his meds. I will update this review in a few."
