"Time to say goodbye. Being a patient with Dr. S for 20+ years, now I have no desire to stay with this practice any longer. Just wanted to clear, this review is not for Dr. S, this is for St. Joseph Family Medicine & Specialty Services - Hudson Came back from 7 days Alaska Cruise, my wife started feeling some covid like symptoms before boarding the flight from Seattle to Boston. After we got home, my wife feel worse and I tested her with two different home testing kits, and both showing positive. I called Dr. S office around 4:45 pm on Aug 31, the same day we got home, explained the situation and the front desk mentioned she will send an urgent message Dr. and hopefully someone will get back with me soon. Next day 9:00 am, an assistant called us back, wanted me to create an EVisit from mychart and upload the test results as a proof. Unfortunately after entering all info to mychart, the App said based on my situations, I have to call Dr. Office. But I managed to upload the test result through the message. Then I called Dr. Office again. The front desk said they still want to see us before provide any treatment. Without any hesitation I drove my sick wife to the Dr. S office. After driving 15 minutes, I got another phone call and told me even if you come to office, there is nothing they can do. They will not give my wife Paxlovid for treatment, and we have to wait and let the symptom go away itself. I ignored the advice and still drove to the office. After arrived, Dr. M tested my wife with positive result on site. She said my wife was not qualified for Paxlovid treatment, did nothing and just asked my wife go home. I was very upset, took her test results back to office and asked if I can speak with a patient relation manager. Mrs. M (the manager), sitting in a chair behind a glass window while I was standing in front of her, talked to me. I explained my wife is over 60 years old, and never had any vaccine before. I also asked what about if the symptoms are getting worse. She said if that is the case “Go to emergency room” with showing no care and sympathy at all. After I got home, I called my health insurance and asked advise. They suggested me call a tele doctor, which is cover by the insurance, and I got the Paxlovid within one hour. Thank God, my wife is recovering now and the symptoms did not getting worse at all after taking the Paxlovid. When I ask the Pharmacist is there any restrictions from CDC for taking Paxlovid, the Pharmacist told me it should be good for general population and he even give the same to his 90+ years old mother. I saw total 12 reviews for this practice, majority is 1 out of 5 and average 2.7, so I am not alone. I guess adding one more bad review, Mrs. M and the clinic will not care at all. If you are treated differently, please let me know."
"Horrible place. They prescribe mental health meds and do not monitor patients, especially elderly patients over 60. The med, celexa, they gave my husband caused a type of dementia called Pick's disease. His doctor is not an elderly care doctor. They should have referred my husband to a doctor that specifically Cares for people over the age of 50-60yrs. Now his health is at risk because their doctors are stupid."
"The absolute worst patient service ever! I called two times today only to talk to call center personnel that do not do their job and pass on the information. They can’t even make appointments for patients. I never received a call back from anyone to schedule the appointment."

"One of the most incompetent medical groups I have ever dealt with. Sent my prescription wrong causing me to have to pay 2 copays for one 30 day supply of medication. They had been made aware of the issue 3 weeks before, but did nothing to resolve it. When I tried to get them to pay one of the copays because it was their fault I had 2, they refused and said they had nothing to do with it. Go somewhere else, these people don’t know what they’re doing"
