"When I made my initial appointment I was very clear on the phone about my medications. I also had them tell me how to add Sylvia to my insurance-they don't see without insurance. It's not that important but it took me forever to get an appointment within a reasonable time. I'm on the Nuva ring I know it's up to me to send my medical records but they didn't even ask. I'm another face in the system and I get that. I forced my dr to stay in the room as I called the pharmacy to PROVE further that I was on an ADHD med. They gave me a photo copied list of counseling services and circled 5 places for counseling services. A PCM is not necessarily a confidante but switching Drs when there's a scheduled pap is unacceptable no matter what. It's a trust thing."

"Well to start I felt Dr.Los was not concerned with my well being she did not ask me how i was,or greet me for that matter, she was very one wayed so to speak. Now i understand that you cannot request whatever med you want, but its my body and have tried MANY different meds.Dr.silva was only willing to give me those same meds thats i had not had any success with. she was also quick to just write me a scipt rather than explore other options. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the australian guy was very nice though."
