It has been over 3 months and they won’t send our daughter’s records to our new pediatrician despite us signing a medical release not once, but twice because they lost the first one. We have called as well as sent emails and we continue to get the run around. Would not recommend"

"After extensive research on a pediatrician for my newborn son, I found Narragansett Bay Pediatrics. If I could give them over 5 stars, I would. Our pediatrician is Dr. BHATTACHARYA (Dr. B). He is young, sharp, caring, and he takes the time to really explain the science behind any symptoms or questions I have about my son to put my mind at ease. He is thorough on his exams, and even suggested a cosmetic adjustment for my son on his ear before his cartilage was too hard and would potentially lead to a surgery later on in life if my son wanted it fixed. I have been to this office multiple times in less than a month, and they have given me a same day appointment within hours every single time. We have also seen Dr. Kendall who was extremely helpful and kind and helped us clear up a bad diaper rash in a couple days. Being a first time mom, I have messaged and called multiple times and I always get an answer whether it be via call back or message in the online portal in a timely manner. Their offices are clean and the nursing assistants and front office staff are all wonderful and kind. I can’t say enough about this office and Dr. B. I am so extremely grateful to this office and I happily drive almost 40 minutes to give my son the best care. Thank you to Dr. B and the entire staff! I look forward to bringing my son here for the rest of his childhood."

I bring my newborn here and the whole staff (doctors, medical assistants, and receptions) has made me feel comfortable when needing to feed or soothe him if he gets worked up during appointments. NBP is also very quick to respond and answers the phone/emails promptly during business hours."

"The doctors, nurses, and staff at Narragansett Bay Pediatrics has been amazing to our family. Dr. Maltz, Dr. Z, dr. B, Dr. Murray, and Jen and Lori are a few of people who have calmed my nerves as a mother with young children. All are patient, follow up, and always make the time. I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment, ever in our 6 years with them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a pediatricians office in south county."

"My children have been going to Narragansett Bay Pediatrics for several years. When we moved to RI a very good friend recommended Dr. Mary Murray. I have 3 children, one of my sons is Autistic. No matter which doctor we have seen, everyone in this office completely understands how to work with my son (who can have major sensory issues especially when he is sick). Additionally, the staff that works in the front desk area are always polite, caring, and take the time to listen to the current issue at hand. I always leave Dr. Murray and the entire staff at Narragansett Bay Pediatrics with the ability to exhale, as the issues with my children have been addressed thoroughly."
