"Came here at least a dozen times, have an account, never been carded. I'm 33 years old, and got denied for no ID this evening. We have children in the car with us so I asked if it was okay to send my boyfriend in and the dude said yes, and then denied him when he went in anyway. Very annoying experience and the people that work here are generally very overbearing while you are trying to browse juice. Also the guy was complaining to the other employee about a customer that had called to ask what disposables they had available. Please work on your customer service skills or find another job that is not CS since you clearly hate it"

"Updated review: Sunday, Sept. 10, I purchased a new vape & pods. After arriving home and charging it, I quickly discovered this was not a good model for me due to how the pods are filled. I returned to the shop, forgetting that they close at 6 on Sundays. On my way to work on Monday morning, I popped in, explained my dilemma, and asked if there was any way possible I could exchange it. I mentioned that I had no receipt and was told "no problem; I've already located your sale". I was fully prepared to purchase another XRos mini (awesome vape but unfortunately out of stock) but was incredibly and happily surprised that an even exchange was made for the vape (another Xros but full size with added features!) and pods! A few dollars more for the pods, but hey, I was one extremely pleased lady! The staff at Empire are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service like this is a rarity these days. If you're a vape fan, curious about, or new to vaping, do yourself a favor and head on over to Empire in Waterville or Augusta. They are THE BEST!"

"I forget her name, but the girl working there tonight was awesome! I called ahead of time to get some info and she wants very helpful and knowledgeable. Then I showed up after work and she helped me find a similar flavor to the juul pods I'm trying to replace. Very good experience. Will be returning!"
