"Trying to get ahold of the pharmacy and nobody can answer. I have called 3 times (not back to back either) and all three times no answer. Placed on hold for 15 minutes just for them to hang up the phone. I figured maybe calling towards 8 o Clock, since they’d be closing at that time and shouldn’t be busy…. NO FREAKING ANSWER. You guys are seriously ridiculous. And no I did not call at exactly 8, I called at 7:44 pm. There really is no excuse for this, and you guys should honestly just get out of Waterville if you can’t handle the work load or pick up the phone. I do not understand how people can fill a prescription, when you can’t seem to answer the freaking phone."

"Workers were very nice, pharamacy was a bit slow though (similar to the other reviews). I came at a time that wasn't very busy but it still took a decent amount of time to get my insurance processed and for the staff to give me my covid booster despite there only being 1 other person in line."

"Came here for my COVID booster. Pharmacy swamped, extremely busy. They had computer issues. I had to wait a bit past my appointment time to get my vaccine, but no big deal, retail pharmacy is extremely difficult right now. People need to be more understanding, I know, because I am a prescriber."

"Absolutely worst experience dealing with a pharmacy. No one available for customer service complaints they'd rather just hang up if on the phone or ignore you in person."

"Terrible experience. The lead pharmacist “Sid” is contradictory in most of what he states as “fact”. They are by far the slowest pharmacy in Waterville particularly given the amount of staff on hand. By comparison, Hannaford at 140 Elm Street will fill anytime inside sometimes 10 minutes if they know you have somewhere more important to be than sitting at the pharmacy. (Like work). The attached photo is how “busy” they were for 2 hours straight but there I sat… Most recent example, I was told this morning that he couldn’t bump my refill so I could make it to work because everyone says the same and when I asked him if the 35 people I had ahead of me had to be to work he said he had no way of knowing that…isn’t that why you just said you couldn’t put me up, because everybody says the same? That they have to be to work. This is every week. If you want to wait a minimum of 3 hours to get a prescription filled with attitude and lies, by all means make your pharmacy Walgreens at 210 Main Street. In short, this is the type of location where they get by being condescending and borderline rude as a clear result of hating dealing with the public. They lie. Most have an awful attitude and it’s just generally a very unpleasant experience. Try them out and see if I’m lying. This will be the last time I fill a prescription with this pharmacy. The store reps are very friendly and helpful by contrast, just an FYI. Take care all."
