"Would leave 0 stars if I could. Currently utilizing pediatric care for my newborn there. Single fathers and present fathers alike be warned. This place is not welcoming to you, your questions or concerns from Dr.s to receptionists. Absolutely finding a new pediatric care for my baby. the treatment I have received by people there has been infuriating and disgusting and fully believe it has been because of my “plumbing” as between myself and my wife I am the level headed one but such sexist treatment turns my dial from 0 to a sideways 8 in an instant. I advise fully against seeking any kind of medical care from there."

"If i could give this office negative stars i would. The lady that answers the phones and calls everyone, Wendy, has a horrible attitude and often gives people the wrong information. She will give you a hard time about having referrals sent to other offices and quite obviously doesn’t care about the patients. When i called needing an appointment urgently as i was very ill, they told me i wouldn’t be able to get an appointment for three weeks!! In addition to this, anytime you call you are going to wait on hold for at LEAST one hour. These people would quite literally rather have you croak so they don’t have to deal with you, especially wendy. God forbid you ask that woman for anything, even in the nicest manner, and you will be met with nothing but attitude and clear judgement. My pharmacy contacted them for refills on a very important prescription a week prior to the christmas holiday and these people not only didn’t fill it, they did not contact me telling me they were not going to fill it. When i called saying i needed it, they told me i needed to make a follow up appointment that no one ever told me about and that has nothing to do with the medication i need. These people are the definition of a JOKE."

"This office are so dismissive and uncaring. I had a physical and discussed some mental health problems such as anxiety (which I’ve spoke to them for years about) and she dismissed me saying “oh maybe you are just being too hard on yourself”. Absolutely unacceptable when it comes to mental health. I wasn’t even asked if I needed refills on two prescriptions for eczema and asthma. It’s as if she wanted to get me out of the office so she could move on to her next patient."

"I am a patient and I called the office to talk to a nurse due to a health situation. It was urgent and I didn’t call once I called twice and was assured that my message would be labeled as urgent. I received a callback for an urgent situation six days later thankfully I’m smart and have didn’t wait for the call back. I went to the emergency room instead where I was treated."

"I recently moved from out if state, made appointment in early July as a new patient. In the interim, I had a medical emergency which ended me up in the emergency room for two days. When discharged, told I needed to see my new doctor within 3 days, made another appointment which they denied because she had not yet seen me. I just called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and they said it was canceled. They are by far the most inept people. ever"
