"Three separate occasions they have completely screwed up getting a referral sent. I recommend recording all your phone calls from day one to help your lawsuit. First referral they sent to completely wrong surgeon. I had to call back several times, and eventually after starting to send faxes to them with the information every ten minutes all day, finally it went through. a few months later, February, they claimed to send referral and nothing apparently was sent. Now, August, I have called everyday for a week, with no luck. Tomorrow, I will begin sending the faxes every ten minutes, as that eventually worked the first time."

"Dr. Salazar and the entire dental staff provided exceptional care for my elderly father, who resides in a skilled nursing facility. He had his remaining teeth extracted – some had broken off at the gum line (!) – and fitted for a full set of dentures. The complex process took about 9 months so we got to know the staff quite well. His dentures look very natural and fit like a glove. I highly recommend this facility for the best oral care and would give it a 10 star rating if that was possible. Consistently professional, friendly, warm, kind, and highly skilled. We love CHC, Gardner!"
