"Working standing up all day, I developed a horrible callus. Very painful. I went to this office, and I received great care. My callus was so deep that I needed to get a minor surgery. The doctor did a great job in caring for my foot. My callus was removed. I went in a few times for follow-up and never developed a callus again! Love their services! I would recommend this place!"

"A doctor who does not provide a simple list of fees for services is a greedy money grabber in a doctor's jacket (explained below). Would not provide a list of charges for services despite existing ethical and legal reasons to do so. This means the doctor values profit over the doing no harm. A doctor who breaks their doctoral oath isn't a doctor any longer. If the patient does not know the fees before being billed, then the patient cannot shop around, and the doctor has done harm by limiting the medical options available to the patient and introducing medical risks to the patient. If the patient does not know the fees before being billed, then the patient may take on a financial burden that causes physical and mental damages, which is a contradiction to "do no harm". Example of physical damages, working a second job to pay the bill will put strain on the body and mind as well as include risk of injury. Example of mental damages, exhausted financial resources to pay for mental relaxation (spa, vacation, time with friends, time with family, attendance to sporting events, etc), which will increase the risk of mental illness. My issue did not fit within the scope of issues this office helps patients with, so I asked to leave before being billed. The nurse kindly let me leave promptly!"

"Dr. Courniotes is very nice and the wait time for an appointment is months faster than trying to see a podiatrist through Baystate. He's quick and efficient and professional. The nurse was also a pleasure to work with. I have mixed feelings about the woman who answers the phones and checked me in. She's efficient but gruff and when I called to make another appointment for my other foot she insisted that the doctor couldn't have possibly meant my toenail was "really" infected when it absolutely, painfully was. She wouldn't reschedule me for a month and didn't confer with the doctor first, which has forced me to do my own ingrown nail removal at home twice now to relieve the pain and swelling. I feel like all of that would have been avoided had she simply asked the doctor or listened to me. Definitely not professional to be dismissive of what the doctor said and make her own uninformed decision about my care over the phone. But I'm giving 4 stars because one negative person doesn't outweigh the excellent manner and care of the doctor and the rest of the staff. They definitely deserve the recognition for great care."

"This doctor only cares about money ...he didnt fix my problem and then refused to see me when i called him back because i had a outstanding balance..so i had to go to a different podiatrist to fix my proublem dont see this doctor and his receptionist was very rude"
