ConvenientMD Urgent Care

"Went here the other night for my 4 yo son (who I suspected had an ear infection). Got there half hour before close on the night of a snow storm and I felt bad going in because I’m in customer service and you just don’t go that close to closing but I didn’t want to wait in ER with a screaming 4yo so I chanced it. I was met with a very friendly staff who all smiled and welcomed us for our first time there. They were quick and helpful, he ended up having double ear infection and the prescription was sent fast! I was very happy with our experience!"

"I waited 10 minutes tops and then in a room, a nurse did vitals. I waited another 10 minutes for results on my tests done and then Dr. came in and did a check up and gave needed medication. Very fast and so helpful. I feel so much better today."

"I get sinus infections about once every year or 2, but I'm new to the D-H medical system and my PCP doesn't know me well. Called my PCP knowing that I had a sinus infection and what medication works best for me. I was told I would have to be seen. Unfortunately, it was a Friday and there were no available appointments. I was told to go to the hospital walk-in clinic, where there was a minimum of 2 hours wait and no way to check in online. So I logged into the ConvenientMD site, and "held my place in line" at a time that was convenient for me. I was able to wait comfortably at home and complete all of the paperwork online. From the time I walked in the door at ConvenientMD to when I walked out with a prescription already sent to my pharmacy was only about 30 minutes! While I still prefer to see my PCP, ConvenientMD was able to see me when my PCP couldn't. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would certainly use them again."
