"The lab tech was so very nice. The only complaint is the computer check in. I followed all the instructions and pressed the green button then proceeded to sit for 40 minutes. It never went through. My results from the blood test came back fast and posted quickly on my medical site."

"Awkward sign in no one at desk way to long to punch in same info every time. Show picture I’d even though they call you by first name since you go so often, bureaucracy at it best.people friendly and competent. Poor signage going in, don’t stand at front desk closest to door that is or doctors office only, like registry, no one tells you till you get to wrong window. Annoying BayState bureaucracy. Should be much less hassle."
