"I have had my medical care at Tully for several years; they are ALWAYS responsive and thorough, taking time to address any questions or concerns I have. The staff is professional and courteous, waits (which used to be a bit long) have been not bad in the past year or two. A small price to pay for very complete and personal care. They are proactive and work with me, and I feel like they collaborate with me in my healthcare (rather than make authoritative proclamations). After having been a patient in many medical practices over the years, the people at Tully are in the top tier."

"My daughters and I switched to Dr. McKean's practice for logistical reasons about a year ago. We have been completely satisfied with quality of care, both from Dr. McKean and the NP at this office. The staff are cordial, compassionate and helpful. Is there an occasional wait? Yes, but I suspect it is because the caregivers are addressing issues with other patients as thoroughly as they have addressed those of my family. She's always concerned for your well being, both physical and emotional, and is always willing to listen to your own personal concerns. She's never forced any tests or procedures that my family hasn't been comfortable with - myself, my husband, and my 17 month old daughter all see her. Wait time is never long and they always call back to make sure we're doing well. I wouldn't change doctors for anything."

I've always been pleased with the amount of attention I receive and the time spent at appts. ALL the staff has always been helpful. I just had my annual checkup and received great service. The office staff has been helpful with several calls I've made recently while trying to decide which medical plan to chose. I now live 27 miles away and will continue to stay with Dr. Nottleson."
