"Very concerned about lack of personal engagement by dentist on two visits - not even saying hello or introducing herself (I am not just a mouth with teeth, but a person), recommendations for unnecessary and/or aggressive procedures/treatment, and lack of treatment for extreme tooth sensitivity which was easily taken care of when I went to see a different dentist. Not just a cleaning it’s more than that. The hygienist took the time to teach my son the proper way to floss and the importance of taking care of your teeth.
