"I called them Friday and they said they would get back to me. Called Monday again they said the PA will call me back. Didn't happen. I'm having a total knee replacement with Dr. Epstein on November 7th. He is a great doctor. Going to be at their office waiting in the hallway at 7:45am Tuesday. They open up at 8:00am. Trust and believe I will be giving them a piece of my mind. As far as I'm concerned there should only be nursesand doctors. I refuse to see or deal with a PA."

"I felt very rushed through my appointment and felt like the doctor did not care about me at all. 4 & 1/2 months and I've made zero progress after an injury. Nothing shows up in an X-ray or MRI, but I'm not imagining my bones being out of place which is basically what he told me. "Your bones were probably always sticking out you're just noticing it more now." Um no, my sternum is not sticking out much more on one side along with a bump on my shoulder on the same side and along with 2-3 ribs out of place on the same side. I'm not imagining it. I've also had my primary care doctor, two different chiropractors and a physical therapist, along with friends and family tell me it isn't normal. But because I hadn't slept all night and my appointment was early I didn't have it in me to start putting up a fight with this doctor who just clearly wanted me out of the office. I'm annoyed. I just wanted an orthopedic doctors opinion, and just got nothing from him at all. He didn't even want to listen to me or ask me much at all."
